TAN CHOCOLATE CREST
Introduction
This is a sweet jelly like dessert using chocolate, jaggery and milk.
Utensils

1 Saucepan
1 Mould for the dessert
Ingredients (6 Servings)
500 g Jaggery
50 g Gelatin
500 ml Milk
200 ml Water
1 tsp Rum
1 tsp Vanilla
Grated Chocolate
Chopped Nuts
Method
Grate the jaggery and place in a saucepan. Mix with water and keep on fire until the pieces are dissolved.
Dissolve the gelatin with a little water and add to the milk. Mix in the vanilla, rum and stir well. Combine the jaggery mixture.
Take out from the fire and strain into a wet mould to take out any left over jaggery pieces.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for over 2 hours until firm.Decorate with grated chocolate and chopped nuts.
MERINGUE REVERIE
Introduction
This is an easy meringue chocolate dessert, which is light, creamy and delicious. It’s great for kids and adults alike.

1 Baking Tray
1 Nozzle for Whipping Cream
Individual bowls for serving
Ingredients (20 Servings)
4 Egg whites
200 g Sugar
50 g Chocolate
200 ml Custard
Red Cherries
Whip Cream
Method
Prepare a tray for baking.
Beat the egg whites, add sugar in a bowl and beat until stiff.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and place in the oven. Bake for about 2 hours until the mixture is of meringue consistency. Place in individual glass bowls for serving.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate over hot water and mix with the custard mixture. Pour the custard mixture over the meringue in each glass.Decorate the surface with whipped cream swirls and chopped cherries.

Introduction
This is a simple recipe with chocolate, which brings in a different flavor to the creamy cookies.

Ingredients (12 Servings)
225 g Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsps Margarine
2 tbsps Sugar
30 g grated Chocolate
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
3 tbsps Milk
Method
Grease a baking tray and leave aside.
Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature.
In a bowl, sift the flour with baking powder. Mix in the margarine and combine thoroughly.
Add the sugar, yogurt, vanilla and the milk to make a smooth dough.
Roll out on a floured surface and sprinkle the grated chocolate on top.
Use a cookie cutter and cut into the required shape.
Place the cookies on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.Remove on to a wire rack and allow to cool before serving.
